Mr. Seppi is the Deputy Project Manager and front line representative on the Michael Baker, Jr. Project Management Team for the West Virginia Statewide Addressing and Mapping Board. He is also the Mapping/GIS Manager for Michael Baker Jr., Inc. located in Charleston, West Virginia. In addition to his WVSAMB duties, Mr. Seppi supports all mapping and GIS activities for Baker's West Virginia Division of Highways projects. Mr. Seppi has led efforts to stand-up several complex enterprise GIS systems for U.S. Federal Agencies including: The Panama Canal Commission, FEMA, National Guard Bureau, U.S. Department of Justice, and at several U.S. Air Force installations and the 15th Air Base Wing, Hickam.
He is ASPRS-Certified in Mapping Sciences and Photogrammetry. He holds a Masters Degree in Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from Denison University.
